3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use AriaSDR.

4. Your responsibilities

When you deploy an AriaSDR agent on your website, you are responsible for:

• Making clear to visitors that they are talking with an AI agent.
• Getting any notices or consents the law requires, including for voice recording, transcripts and follow-up emails.
• Having a privacy policy on your website that covers your use of AriaSDR.
• The accuracy and legality of the knowledge, documents, prompts and branding you provide.
• Complying with laws that apply to your business, including privacy, consumer protection, marketing and industry-specific rules.
• Reviewing your agent’s answers and settings, especially in regulated fields such as legal, healthcare and financial services.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use AriaSDR for anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive or fraudulent.
• Impersonate a real person or mislead visitors about who they are talking with.
• Collect sensitive information without a lawful basis and the protections the law requires.
• Upload content that infringes others’ rights or contains malware.
• Try to access, probe or disrupt our systems, or get around usage limits or security measures.
• Copy, reverse engineer or resell the service, except as the law allows or we agree in writing.
• Use AriaSDR to build a competing product.

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

6. AI-generated responses

AriaSDR uses AI to generate responses. AI can make mistakes, misunderstand questions or give incomplete answers. Responses are provided for general information and are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you configure your agent and for decisions made based on its responses.

7. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the content you provide and the conversation data your agent collects ("Customer Data"). You give us permission to host, process and use Customer Data only to provide, secure and support the service, and as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may use aggregated, de-identified information about how the service is used to operate and improve AriaSDR, provided it does not identify you, your visitors or your business.

8. Our intellectual property

AriaSDR, our website, software, avatars, designs, logos and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

9. Fees and payment

Paid plans are billed according to the plan or order you choose. Unless stated otherwise, fees are charged in advance, are non-refundable and exclude taxes. If payment is overdue, we may suspend the service after giving notice. We may change prices with advance notice, effective from your next billing period.

10. Third-party services

AriaSDR can connect with third-party services such as calendars, email and CRM tools. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular business result.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AriaSDR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify AriaSDR against claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your use of the service in breach of these Terms, or your breach of law, including failure to give visitors required notices or obtain required consents.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using AriaSDR at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law. When your access ends, your right to use the service stops. You can ask us to export or delete your Customer Data, as described in our Privacy Policy and your agreement.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If changes are significant, we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use AriaSDR after changes take effect means you accept them.
